Resources for Rescuers

We have to be very careful on the temperments of dogs that are sent here to the states. Obviously, we never want to send a viscious dog, but we have to be diligent about testing for milder forms of aggression as well. The bottom line is that an aggressive dog will not pass the temperment test at a facility and if it is not a no-kill facility, the dog will be euthanized. I bring some dogs to my home for foster care and to adopt out but for obvious reasons, I cannot bring an aggressive dog into my animal family. The information below will give you guidance in testing your animals to determine aggressiveness.
